What this page is: structured data from Handler's own exercise library — the same cues, mistakes, ranges, and modifications the coach uses in the app. It is general exercise information, not an individual technique assessment or medical advice. Stop any movement that causes pain and seek qualified coaching or clinical care for injuries.

- 02
Press straight up and move your head through once the bar clears your forehead.
- 03
Lock out directly over your mid-foot with your ribcage down.
Troubleshooting
Common mistakes
Excessive lower back arch to compensate for weak shoulders.
Pressing the bar forward instead of straight up.
Not moving the head through to finish directly overhead.
