Terms of Service
Last updated August 29, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Handler app and this website, provided byHandler. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Using the service
You must be able to form a binding contract to use Handler. You agree to use the service for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
Health disclaimer
Handler provides general fitness guidance and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any training program. You are responsible for training safely and within your own limits.
Subscriptions
Handler Pro is offered through the App Store as monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. Before you confirm a purchase, Apple and the app show the localized price, billing period, any introductory offer, and renewal terms. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings, and you can restore an eligible purchase from within Handler. Cancellation takes effect when the current paid entitlement ends. Deleting your Handler account does not cancel billing through Apple. Refund requests are handled under Apple's policies.
AI coaching
AI coaching features can suggest workouts, progression, substitutions, and training explanations. You are responsible for deciding whether a suggestion is appropriate for your body, equipment, environment, and experience level.
Content and accounts
You retain ownership of the training data you create. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
