Questions about this list

Where does this exercise data come from?
These 431 video-ready movements are exported from Handler's own exercise library, with the same form cues, common mistakes, programming ranges, and modifications it uses. The app's library also includes movements not yet published here. Nothing here is scraped from other sites.
How is this different from the exercise guides?
The exercise guides under /exercises/ are long-form, source-cited articles written and reviewed by hand. The database is structured data: quicker to scan, covers video-ready movements from the library, and links to a full guide whenever one exists.
Are the sets and reps a prescription?
No. They are the default ranges the library assigns to each movement for a strength, muscle-building, fat-loss, or general-fitness goal. In the app the coach adjusts them from what you log; on this site they are reference points only.
Do the videos show perfect form?
431 of the 431 exercises include a short looping demonstration. They show the movement pattern, not an individual technique assessment, and the video itself does not download until you press play.
