    Keep your whole foot heavy as you sit down.

    Set your feet, then screw them into the floor before you descend.

  3. 03

    Sit between your hips while keeping your chest tall.

    Drive through the whole foot and finish with glutes tight.

    Tap the chair lightly instead of sitting and relaxing.
