How do I do a 7, 10 or 15-minute workout in Handler?
Open Quick Gym from Home, pick 7, 10 or 15 minutes and your equipment, and tap Start Workout. Already mid-workout? Ask Coach to fit the rest into the time you have left.

Step by step
- From Home, open the card labeled FAST WORKOUT. Its title depends on your equipment setting.
- Tap the duration, choose 7, 10 or 15 minutes, then tap Save.
- Tap the gym location, choose Large Gym, Small Gym, Home Gym, Hotel or Bodyweight, then tap Save.
- Replace any exercise you don't want today.
- Tap Start Workout. It opens in the normal workout tracker. Choose your own weights: Quick Gym doesn't set a starting load.
What you get
Each setting has a fixed exercise list. Large Gym, Small Gym and Hotel use goblet squats, incline push-ups, walking lunges, lateral raises and a high plank. Home Gym uses bodyweight squats, incline push-ups, reverse lunges, superman rows and a hollow body hold. Bodyweight uses squat jumps, push-ups, walking lunges, a high plank and marching in place.
The preset sets how many working sets you get, capped by each exercise's programming for your goal. Reps and rest come from your goal too.
Already in a workout and short on time
- Tell Coach how long you've got, for example “I've only got 15 minutes left.”
- Coach can fit the rest of today's workout into anywhere from 5 to 90 minutes.
- It keeps completed working sets, trims what's left, and tells you what it kept and what it dropped.
Limits
- Quick Gym's preset time excludes rest timers, so the session can run longer. When you ask Coach to trim a workout, it estimates about 40 seconds per set plus rest; setup and queues can add time.
- Effort Check doesn't run in Quick Gym workouts.
- Quick Gym workouts sit outside your four-week plan.
- When Coach trims a workout, it can drop a whole exercise, including warm-up sets you logged for it.
